Ordering Terms

Submitting the order form is a request—not an accepted order. An order is confirmed only when M.A.D.E. Goods communicates acceptance, availability, final pricing, fulfillment details, and payment instructions.

Availability and pricing

Products are handmade in small batches and availability may change. Displayed prices and descriptions may be corrected before an order is confirmed. Specialty ingredients, fillings, customization, delivery, or unusually large quantities may affect the final quoted price.

Advance notice and fulfillment

Please submit requests at least 48 hours in advance. Requested dates are not guaranteed. Pickup is arranged in Port St. Lucie, Florida 34987. Local delivery is available within five miles for the displayed fee when scheduling permits. Exact pickup or delivery details are provided privately after confirmation.

Deposits, changes, and cancellations

Confirmed orders from $50 through $100 require a $25 deposit. Confirmed orders over $100 require a $75 deposit. Deposits are applied to the confirmed order total and are non-refundable. Contact M.A.D.E. Goods promptly about requested changes or cancellations; changes depend on the bake schedule and are not guaranteed.

Allergens and cross-contact

Products are prepared in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens. M.A.D.E. Goods cannot guarantee an allergen-free product or environment. Customers with allergies should disclose them before confirmation and should not order if cross-contact presents an unacceptable risk.

Florida cottage-food notice

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. Cottage-food products are sold directly to consumers. Product packaging—not this website—provides the product-specific ingredient, net quantity, allergen, and operator information required for the item.

Payment and confirmation

Do not send payment until the order is confirmed and payment instructions are provided directly by M.A.D.E. Goods. The website does not collect payment-card information. Keep confirmation messages and payment records for your reference.
