Privacy Notice

M.A.D.E. Goods collects only the information reasonably needed to review and fulfill order requests. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you submit an order request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, requested products and quantities, requested date, pickup or delivery preference, and notes. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use information

We use order information to review availability, communicate with you, confirm or decline an order, arrange pickup or local delivery, provide payment instructions, fulfill the order, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records.

Service providers and third-party content

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Order requests are processed by Formspree and delivered to M.A.D.E. Goods. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Google-hosted fonts may receive basic connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

TikTok content is not loaded until you choose “Load TikTok video.” If you load it or follow a TikTok link, TikTok may collect information or use cookies according to TikTok’s policies.

Retention and disclosure

Formspree’s free plan may retain form submissions for up to 30 days. M.A.D.E. Goods may retain order communications for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.

Your choices

You may order or ask questions by emailing [email protected] instead of using the form. You may also contact that address to request access, correction, or deletion of order information, subject to information that must be retained for legal or business-record purposes.

Children

This website and its order form are intended for adults. M.A.D.E. Goods does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
